Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ninja Cat VPN applications and related services (the “Service”), operated by Ninja Cat VPN (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service.

2. Accounts

Accounts are identified by email address and accessed via a one-time code — there is no separate password. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address on your account and for all activity under it. Each subscription permits a limited number of connected devices at a time, shown and manageable within the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, malware, or conduct network attacks against third parties
• Circumvent the device limits or resell access to the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Payments through our payment partner are one-time charges: each payment covers exactly 30 days of Service use and does not create a subscription with further automatic charges. If you already have an active paid period at the time of payment, the new payment adds 30 days to the time remaining rather than restarting the count. Price and term are shown in the Service before payment. If payment is made through an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play), cancellation, renewal, and refund terms for that purchase are governed by that store’s own policies.

For payments made through our payment partner, the following applies:

• Because digital goods and services are non-tangible, refunds are not issued once access has been granted, except as described below.
• A refund may be issued only if the service was not delivered due to our technical fault, or if access to the paid subscription was never actually granted.
• To request a refund, contact support within 24 hours of payment.
• Refund decisions are made by us on a case-by-case basis.
• You agree not to initiate a payment chargeback through the payment system without first contacting our support team.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its apps, branding, and underlying software — including our proprietary NinjaTunnel tunneling engine — is owned by Ninja Cat VPN. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for your own personal use in connection with an active subscription.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law or the billing platform’s own policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninja Cat VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to how the Service is operated, without reference to any specific jurisdiction. Where the consumer-protection law of your own location grants you additional or different rights, those rights remain available to you regardless of this section.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
