Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ninja Cat VPN applications and related services (the “Service”), operated by Ninja Cat VPN (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service.

2. Accounts

Accounts are identified by email address and accessed via a one-time code — there is no separate password. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address on your account and for all activity under it. Each subscription permits a limited number of connected devices at a time, shown and manageable within the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, malware, or conduct network attacks against third parties
• Circumvent the device limits or resell access to the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store or payment processor used at signup, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellation, renewal, and refund terms are governed by that store’s own policies (e.g. the Apple App Store, Google Play, or direct payment processor). Subscription status shown in the app reflects the latest information we have received from the relevant store/processor.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its apps, branding, and underlying software — including our proprietary NinjaTunnel tunneling engine — is owned by Ninja Cat VPN. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for your own personal use in connection with an active subscription.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law or the billing platform’s own policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NINJA CAT VPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
